Shipping and Return Policy
TOMATO GLASSES CANADA ships within Canada only. Shipping across Canada may take up to 5-10 business days* depending on your address.
(*COVID-19 update: Please note that we are facing longer than normal shipment times due to COVID-19.)
If a frame is on back order, then it may take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Please always confirm that your address is correct in order to avoid delays. Shipments may take longer over the holidays or statutory long weekends. In events of extreme weather, shipments may be delayed.
We want to help you find the perfect fit for your child! If this is your first time trying Tomato Glasses, you may want to order different sizes to try on your child. Therefore, we offer a 30 day return policy on all unused, unadjusted frames purchased directly from our Canadian website.
Please contact us at email@example.com to initiate your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for shipping fees to return the product.
Please make sure you are happy with your purchase before adjusting the frames. We do not accept returns on adjusted frames. We may request your receipt of purchase. The frames must be in new, saleable condition. Please make sure all accessory parts and packaging are included as well with your return.
Damage and Item Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
There are two ways to process an exchange, and both methods begin with you placing a new order for the replacement product you wish to receive:
- FAST TRACK EXCHANGE
If you want to receive the new product as soon as possible, your new order will be processed right away and ship out before we even receive the returned product. Your credit card will be charged for your new order, and the refund for the returned product will be processed independently as soon as we receive it.
- STANDARD EXCHANGE
Alternatively, you can send the unwanted product back to us and your new order will only be dispatched once we receive the returned package. Only the price difference, if any, will be charged (or refunded) to your credit card.
