She especially loves working with pediatrics and understands the importance of finding the right fitting frame. When she came across Tomato Glasses, she was amazed by the adjustability, comfort, and durability. It solved an unmet need of having proper centration, with no frame slippage so that children can continue living their active lives with ease.

Dr. Yew is proud to recommend Tomato Glasses to all pediatric patients.

Dr. Jason Chan, OD, FOVDR, Co-Owner

Dr. Jason Chan holds a Doctor of Optometry from University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science. He completed a fellowship from the College of Vision and Development in 2020. He has a special interest in binocular vision, pediatric optometry, vision therapy, vision rehabilitation after concussions and other acquired brain injuries  and sports performance vision training.

He has a passion to help those who lose their place when they read, see double vision, has been diagnosed with lazy eye, have binocular vision dysfunction after suffering a concussion or stroke and athletes who want to gain that extra edge by improving visual processing speed and ability.

Dr. Chan discovered many pediatric patients who came in for an eye exam with poorly fitting glasses which lead to headaches, poor posture, eye strain and blurry vision . This ignited his passion for finding glasses that could create the right fit for any face and that lead to his involvement with Tomato Glasses.
